What You'll Do

• Partner with the General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and maintain exceptional standards.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members while building a positive, team-oriented culture.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, ordering, food safety, and operational efficiency.
• Support financial performance through effective labor management, cost controls, and sales initiatives.
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences while maintaining high standards for food quality and service.
• Help develop future restaurant leaders and contribute to the restaurant's continued success.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing others.
• Experience managing restaurant operations, inventory, scheduling, and cost controls.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• A positive, hands-on management style with a commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work a restaurant management schedule, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
