Before joining Gecko Hospitality, Noelle worked in Career Services at Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, connecting emerging culinary talent with hospitality employers. Today, she draws on that experience to strengthen collaboration among Gecko and its sister companies, connecting their expertise in education, recruiting, and workforce development. Through shared initiatives and partnerships, she helps bring the brands’ resources together to create greater value for students, employers, and franchise partners.
Outside of work, Noelle enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors, attending live music events, and connecting with her local community.
