The Role

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the daily operation. You aren’t just supervising; you are coaching your team to deliver "more than a meal" experiences while maintaining a sharp eye on the bottom line.

• Salary: $55,000 – $62,000 per year (plus performance-based incentives).

What You’ll Do

• Lead the Floor: Drive a high-energy atmosphere by being present and engaged with guests and staff during peak hours.
• Develop Talent: Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team of servers, bartenders, and hosts to maintain our high standards of hospitality.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee P&L, inventory management, and labor costs to ensure the restaurant’s financial health.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Ensure our unique culture and food quality are represented perfectly on every plate.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain a spotless, safe environment that exceeds all health and safety regulations.

What You Bring

• 2+ Years of Experience: Proven success in a high-volume, full-service restaurant management role.
• Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to think on your feet and handle the "curveballs" of the restaurant industry with a calm, professional demeanor.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively lead a large team and build rapport with regular guests.
• Flexibility: Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays—because that’s when the party happens!
