Position Summary:
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations in a fast-paced, guest-focused café environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all day-to-day restaurant operations, including front-of-house and kitchen coordination
- Lead, train, and develop team members to deliver outstanding guest service
- Ensure a clean, welcoming, and efficient environment for guests and staff
- Monitor and manage labor, food, and operational costs to meet financial targets
- Oversee scheduling, staffing, and shift execution to maintain optimal efficiency
- Uphold company standards for food quality, safety, and sanitation
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management of team members
- Drive sales through suggestive selling, local marketing efforts, and strong operational execution
- Maintain inventory levels and oversee ordering processes
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast-casual or café environment
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and guest service abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
