We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our growing team in Springfield, MO. This is an exciting opportunity for hospitality leaders with at least 2 years of experience in full-service restaurant environments who are passionate about building high-performing teams, delighting guests, and driving operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

As a Restaurant Manager, you will:

• Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations with a focus on exceptional guest experiences
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve service and performance goals
• Monitor financial performance, including labor, food cost, and profitability
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
• Support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of new team members

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of management experience in a full-service restaurant
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and coach teams
• Proven track record of meeting performance goals in a hospitality setting
• Knowledge of food safety and labor management best practices
• A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $55,000–$65,000 total compensation + performance-based bonus
