Position Summary:
The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of restaurant operations, including financial performance, team development, guest experience, and operational execution. This role requires a strong, hands-on leader who can build high-performing teams, maintain exceptional service standards, and drive consistent profitability in a high-quality dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house performance
- Lead, train, and develop management and hourly staff to ensure strong service execution and team engagement
- Drive sales and profitability through effective cost control, labor management, and operational efficiency
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards of service, food quality, and hospitality
- Manage P&L responsibilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Implement and enforce operational procedures, policies, and brand standards
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with culinary and leadership teams to support menu execution and operational improvements
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of restaurant management experience, including at least 2 years in a General Manager role
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing full P&L responsibilities
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of hospitality standards and guest service excellence
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
