Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Daily Operations
- Ensure that all aspects of the restaurant run efficiently, including opening and closing procedures, meal service, and adherence to operational standards.
- Staff Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house teams. Lead by example, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Customer Satisfaction
- Address guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and uphold an exceptional dining experience that exceeds expectations.
- Maintain Inventory
- Manage inventory levels, track supplies, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries. Monitor food and beverage stock to minimize waste and control costs.
- Assist Financial Management
- Support in budget planning and expense management. Analyze financial reports to identify trends, suggest improvements, and contribute to achieving profitability goals.
- Compliance and Safety
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations. Implement procedures and training programs to maintain a safe and clean environment.
Qualifications
- Experience
- Minimum of 3 years in a restaurant management or supervisory role, with proven success in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
- Leadership Skills
- Strong ability to inspire and guide team members while maintaining accountability and professionalism.
- Communication
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
- Food Safety Knowledge
- Comprehensive understanding of food safety regulations and standards, with relevant certifications considered a plus.
- Problem-Solving
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while addressing challenges with a solutions-focused approach.
- Flexibility
- Willing and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business's operational needs.
