Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee Daily Operations
  • Ensure that all aspects of the restaurant run efficiently, including opening and closing procedures, meal service, and adherence to operational standards.
  • Staff Management
  • Recruit, train, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house teams. Lead by example, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Customer Satisfaction
  • Address guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and uphold an exceptional dining experience that exceeds expectations.
  • Maintain Inventory
  • Manage inventory levels, track supplies, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries. Monitor food and beverage stock to minimize waste and control costs.
  • Assist Financial Management
  • Support in budget planning and expense management. Analyze financial reports to identify trends, suggest improvements, and contribute to achieving profitability goals.
  • Compliance and Safety
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations. Implement procedures and training programs to maintain a safe and clean environment.


Qualifications

  • Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in a restaurant management or supervisory role, with proven success in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
  • Leadership Skills
  • Strong ability to inspire and guide team members while maintaining accountability and professionalism.
  • Communication
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Food Safety Knowledge
  • Comprehensive understanding of food safety regulations and standards, with relevant certifications considered a plus.
  • Problem-Solving
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while addressing challenges with a solutions-focused approach.
  • Flexibility
  • Willing and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business's operational needs.
