Job Summary
The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily restaurant operations while delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role leads, develops, and motivates a high-performing team, drives sales and profitability, ensures operational excellence, and upholds brand standards in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee all restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and retain a high-performing management and hourly team
- Drive sales growth and profitability through effective labor management, food cost control, and operational execution
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food, speed of service, cleanliness, and hospitality standards
- Develop staff through performance evaluations, ongoing training, and succession planning
- Manage scheduling, payroll, and staffing levels to meet business demands
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to minimize waste and control costs
- Analyze financial reports, KPIs, and operational data to identify trends and implement corrective actions
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly, fostering long-term guest loyalty
- Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, fast-casual or quick-service environment
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational and financial performance
- Strong knowledge of P&L management, labor optimization, and food cost control
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
