Compensation: $53,000 – $65,000 Base + Bonus (up to $25,000 annually)

What You’ll Do

• Lead by example by actively participating in service during all operating hours
• Coordinate and lead pre-shift team meetings to drive engagement and focus
• Deliver excellent guest experiences that drive repeat business and increased check averages
• Hire, train, and develop front- and back-of-house team members
• Ensure consistent adherence to operational standards and food & beverage programs
• Monitor labor targets and manage scheduling for profitability and efficiency
• Build lasting relationships with regular guests and the local community

What You Bring

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience (full-service or fast-food GM level)
• Proven ability to lead and develop hourly team members
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High energy, positive attitude, and commitment to continuous learning
• Solid understanding of restaurant financials and operational controls
• Passion for hospitality, food quality, and delivering top-notch service
