Status: Full-Time

Compensation: $70,000–$90,000 + Up to $20,000 Annual Bonus

We’re hiring a District Manager to oversee a group of quick-service restaurant locations across Southwest Michigan and Northern Indiana, including Niles, Elkhart, Kalamazoo, and surrounding areas. You’ll be responsible for leading a group of Restaurant Managers, ensuring each location delivers outstanding guest service, meets operational goals, and achieves financial success. You’ll also serve as a mentor and coach, empowering your team to deliver results and grow in their own leadership journeys.


What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations
  • Drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction through hands-on leadership
  • Develop and coach General Managers to improve performance, retention, and engagement
  • Monitor staffing levels, training execution, food safety, and guest experience standards
  • Lead performance reviews, succession planning, and team development
  • Analyze financial reports and identify opportunities to optimize labor and control costs
  • Address operational challenges and implement strategic solutions
  • Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and operational excellence


What You Bring

  • High school diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred
  • 3+ years of experience managing multiple restaurant locations or high-volume units
  • Proven success driving revenue growth and profitability in a multi-unit setting
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent critical thinking, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
  • Financial acumen with the ability to interpret data and manage budgets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with restaurant management software preferred
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
