We're helping an established, high-profile hospitality group hire a strong operator and guest-obsessed leader to run a modern Italian-American restaurant in the heart of Boca Raton. This is the kind of spot where regulars feel like VIPs, the wine list gets people talking, and the energy on a Saturday night feels more like a social event than a dinner service.


The role is perfect for a manager who:

What you’ll be doing:


  • Running day-to-day operations in a high-volume, fast-paced dining room with a strong culinary backbone
  • Leading, developing, and inspiring a front-of-house team that’s guest-first and execution-focused
  • Partnering closely with the kitchen to deliver seamless service and consistent quality
  • Keeping a close eye on the numbers—labor, sales, cost of goods, covers, and PPA—and using them to guide decisions
  • Handling VIP guests, high standards, and occasional curveballs with grace and authority
  • Contributing to local marketing, special events, and service innovation


We’re looking for:


  • 3+ years in upscale dining leadership (GM, AGM, or high-level FOH manager)
  • Strong presence on the floor—hands-on, confident, and calm under fire
  • A background in wine and beverage service (bonus if you know your Barolos from your Brunellos)
  • Solid understanding of financials, scheduling, inventory, and compliance
  • Passion for hospitality and a commitment to guest satisfaction that never wavers
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
