Job Summary
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving operational and financial performance. This role leads front-of-house teams, maintains service standards, manages inventory and labor, and collaborates with kitchen leadership to deliver a consistent, high-quality dining experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction
  • Lead, train, coach, and motivate service staff to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences
  • Manage hiring, scheduling, and performance of hourly and management team members
  • Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
  • Collaborate with kitchen leadership to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality food delivery
  • Monitor labor, inventory, and operational costs to meet financial goals
  • Handle guest concerns and service recovery in a professional and efficient manner
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and operational standards consistently
  • Analyze operational reports and KPIs, implementing improvements to drive sales and efficiency
  • Maintain a strong floor presence during service and lead by example
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, casual dining or sports bar environment
  • Proven leadership and team development skills
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of labor management, P&L, and cost control practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with high-volume events, large parties, or sports-viewing operations
  • Strong floor leadership and guest service recovery experience
  • Ability to motivate and develop team members while maintaining operational discipline
