- Team Leadership

- Daily Operations & Planning
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service from open to close.
- Collaborate with back-of-house leadership to maintain quality, timeliness, and consistency in every dish served.
- Strategically plan daily and weekly labor needs to meet service demands while controlling costs.
- Review performance metrics, financial data, and activity reports to fine-tune strategies and maximize results.
- Financial & Promotional Oversight
- Assist in preparing and maintaining the restaurant’s budget, meeting monthly financial goals, and making real-time adjustments to stay on target.
- Partner with the sales and events team to plan exciting promotions, launches, and community events that drive traffic and brand visibility.
- Standards & Policies
- Develop, update, and uphold restaurant standards and policies that reflect our commitment to excellence and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and business regulations.
- Manage additional tasks as needed to keep the restaurant thriving.
- Leadership & Supervisory Expertise: Proven ability to guide, inspire, and mentor a team toward outstanding performance.
- Hospitality & Management Knowledge: A deep understanding of restaurant operations, guest satisfaction, and industry trends.
- Analytical Mindset: Able to interpret financial data to set and achieve ambitious sales goals.
- Organizational Savvy: Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking skills to keep every aspect of the restaurant running smoothly.
- Communication Pro: Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear direction and collaboration.
- Tech-Friendly: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or business management preferred.
- ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety training.
- Minimum of five years of restaurant management experience.
