Our Quick Service Restaurant in Bath, NY is looking for a motivated Assistant General Manager ready to lead with energy and passion. What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop the restaurant management team to drive sales, profitability, and employee retention
• Oversee financial controls and ensure compliance with company standards
• Train and mentor team members to succeed and grow within the organization
• Work flexible, long, or irregular shifts as needed to support smooth restaurant operations
• Collaborate with management, staff, and vendors to maintain high standards across all shifts

What You Bring

• Minimum 3 years of experience in team building and training
• At least 3 years of experience as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager in the Quick Service Restaurant industry (required)
• Strong motivation and a solid work ethic
• Ability to lead independently or as part of a team
• Commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences
