Title of Position: Kitchen Manager

Job Description: You will be the director of the kitchen and the culinary specialist who will keep our kitchen in pristine operating conditions. The Kitchen Manager will be the head trainer of a talented group of BOH employees, will be responsible for hiring, training, developing and retaining the very best in the industry, and will HAVE to celebrate the team's successes, train them in the latest menu rollouts, and develop their strengths. The Kitchen Manager will be expected to increase sales, guest counts and drive overall results through your team.

Qualifications:

· The Kitchen Manager must have high volume kitchen management experience of at least three years

· A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must for the Kitchen Manager

· The Kitchen Manager should have a track record of achieving financial results

· The Kitchen Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity

· The Kitchen Manager should always make themselves available to the restaurant
