Position Summary
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Restaurant Manager to help lead daily operations in a high-volume, full-service restaurant and bar environment. This role supports the General Manager in driving sales, building strong teams, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an outstanding guest experience.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and leads from the floor with confidence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training front-of-house and back-of-house team members
  • Lead pre-shift meetings and daily service execution
  • Coach and develop team members to drive performance and accountability
  • Create staff schedules that align with business volume and labor targets
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on hospitality
Operations Management
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring quality, speed, and accuracy
  • Monitor food and beverage standards to maintain consistency
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
Financial Performance
  • Support management of labor costs and controllable expenses
  • Assist with inventory control and ordering processes
  • Help analyze sales reports and identify opportunities to increase revenue
  • Execute local marketing and community engagement initiatives
Guest Experience
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality and address guest concerns promptly
  • Ensure smooth service flow during high-volume shifts
  • Maintain a welcoming and energetic atmosphere
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service, high-volume environment
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Knowledge of bar operations and beverage service preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
