Title of Position – Restaurant General Manager

Job Description: The Restaurant General Manager will oversee the operations of the entire restaurant. The success of the Restaurant General Manager depends on their ability to recruit, develop, train, mentor and maintain a solid team of professionals through the entire staff. Additionally, the Restaurant General Manager must handle all administrative and financial responsibilities and have strong knowledge of P&L management. Exceptional communication skills are required to effectively and efficiently coach staff and management towards completing and exceeding common goals.

Qualifications:

· The Restaurant General Manager must have high volume restaurant management experience of at least 3 years

· A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must for the Restaurant General Manager

· A solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the Restaurant General Manager

· The Restaurant General Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity

· The Restaurant General Manager should always be available to the restaurant
