Position Overview

As a Wok Line Chef, you will play a key role in delivering authentic Asian-inspired dishes while showcasing precision, consistency, and finesse. This position requires a strong knowledge of wok cooking techniques, the ability to perform under pressure, and a commitment to maintaining the resort’s high-quality standards.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Preparing and executing high-quality wok dishes in accordance with the resort’s menus and recipes.
• Ensuring all ingredients are properly prepared and cooking stations are efficiently stocked.
• Maintaining consistency and accuracy in food preparation, flavor, and presentation.
• Following proper hygiene, safety, and food handling standards in alignment with health department regulations.
• Collaborating with a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations, especially during high-volume services.
• Offering creative input and contributing to menu development when required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Wok Chef or similar role, ideally in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Expertise in wok cooking techniques and an understanding of traditional Asian cuisines.
• Strong knife skills and the ability to prepare ingredients with speed and precision.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen setting.
• Passion for delivering high-quality food and delighting guests with memorable dishes.
