Your Mission:

As the Catering Chef/Kitchen Manager, you will oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and staff leadership. Your dual-role responsibilities include leading a creative prepared foods program and ensuring flawless catering execution for all events.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily kitchen operations and uphold the highest culinary standards.
  • Lead the prepared foods and catering teams with exceptional communication and leadership.
  • Order supplies, manage inventory levels, and control food and payroll costs effectively.
  • Recruit, train, and schedule kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Drive menu innovation while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and profitability.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Certification from a culinary school is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Business-savvy with a deep understanding of food cost management and team leadership.
