A well-established national restaurant chain known for their breakfast offerings is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations at their Bonita Springs location. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a beloved brand with over 60 years of history in creating memorable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive operational excellence through implementation of comprehensive team member training programs focused on enhancing guest experience and operational efficiency
• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including guest satisfaction, food quality, and service standards
• Manage financial performance through effective budget control and execution of local marketing initiatives
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Lead recruitment, training, and retention efforts to build and maintain a high-performing team
• Monitor and maintain food quality standards, including proper preparation, plating, and presentation
• Execute national and local marketing campaigns effectively
• Manage administrative responsibilities and reporting requirements

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2-4 years of restaurant management experience
• Proven track record in team leadership and development
• Strong operational and financial management skills
• Excellence in guest service and team member relations
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Leadership Responsibilities:

The General Manager will provide overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the restaurant operation, including:

• Planning and directing daily operations
• Performance management and team development
• Guest satisfaction and complaint resolution
