General Manager – Health-Focused Café

We are seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead a thriving café that embraces a health-conscious lifestyle, fresh ingredients, and a welcoming community vibe. Compensation & Benefits:

• $23 per hour (45 hours per week, including 5 hours of overtime)
• Tips average $12 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations with a focus on quality, efficiency, and guest experience
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment, coaching and developing staff
• Ensure exceptional customer service, embodying a warm and inviting café atmosphere
• Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and cost controls to maximize efficiency
• Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards in alignment with café values
• Drive sales, engagement, and community involvement through brand-aligned initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of experience in a GM or AGM role in a café, health-focused restaurant, or similar fast-casual concept
• Passion for healthy living, sustainability, and organic ingredients
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to inspire and motivate a team to provide outstanding service
• Experience with POS systems, scheduling, and cost management
