Compensation: $75,000 base salary + benefits

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead operations at a well-established casual dining steakhouse in San Bernardino. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with a passion for hospitality, team development, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Drive sales and profitability through effective cost management, staffing, and guest engagement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards to maintain brand integrity.
• Analyze financial reports and implement strategies for revenue growth and cost control.
• Maintain vendor relationships and oversee inventory management to ensure consistent food quality.
• Uphold company policies and procedures, driving operational efficiency and team alignment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in a high-volume, full-service, or fast-casual restaurant setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Experience in P&L management, budgeting, and operational performance tracking.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
