AreaDirector – Southern California


Salary: Up to $100K + Benefits, Bonus, Car Allowance, and Mileage 125-130 K total comp


Location: Must be able to commute weekly to Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego, and future California locations


Language Requirement: Must be fluent in Spanish



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director to oversee multi-unit operations across Southern California. This role requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of restaurant operations, team development, and market expansion.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple locations within the region, ensuring excellence in service, quality, and guest experience.
  • Drive sales growth and profitability by executing company strategies, optimizing operations, and ensuring financial goals are met.
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, health and safety regulations, and local labor laws.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess operations, support managers, and implement improvements as needed.
  • Collaborate with leadership on expansion efforts and new location openings within California.
  • Utilize key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiencies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, corporate teams, and local communities.


Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) required – must be able to effectively communicate with employees and teams.
  • Minimum 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant management experience, preferably in high-volume casual dining or sports bar concepts.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams across multiple locations.
  • Ability to analyze financial reports, control costs, and drive operational success.
  • Experience with training, development, and performance management of restaurant leadership teams.
  • Ability to travel weekly between Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego, and future California locations.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to commute; company provides car allowance and mileage reimbursement.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary up to $130K
