Key Responsibilities:
โ Lead, train, and mentor a high-performing kitchen team in an upscale environment.
โ Ensure precise execution of scratch-made dishes while maintaining impeccable quality.
โ Manage high-volume service with efficiency, consistency, and composure.
โ Oversee kitchen operations, inventory control, and food cost management.
โ Maintain strict kitchen organization, cleanliness, and compliance with health/safety standards.
โ Work closely with the Executive Chef and FOH leadership to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
Ideal Candidate:
โ๏ธ 3+ years of Sous Chef experience in an upscale, scratch-kitchen environment.
โ๏ธ Background in high-volume, polished concepts โ ability to handle intense service levels.
โ๏ธ Strong leadership, team development, and high standards for food quality and execution.
โ๏ธ Expertise in inventory, ordering, food cost control, and BOH operations.
