Ideal Candidate:

✔️ 3+ years of GM experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.

✔️ Breakfast/brunch experience strongly preferred – understands the flow and pace of AM service.

✔️ Hands-on leadership style – leads by example on the floor.

✔️ Strong knowledge of P&L, labor management, and team development.

✔️ Open availability is a must – flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
