Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and hands on Pool Bar and Food Manager to oversee seasonal operations at a high energy outdoor pool and bar environment in Temecula. This role runs from March through November and plays a key part in delivering an exceptional guest experience during peak season. There is strong potential for this position to transition into a full time leadership role within the organization based on performance and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pool bar and food service operations

• Lead and support front of house team members during high volume service

• Ensure consistent food and beverage quality and presentation

• Manage scheduling, labor controls, and shift execution

• Maintain compliance with food safety and alcohol service standards

• Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost controls

• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
