General Manager – Upscale Hospitality Property | Wine Country
We are seeking a seasoned and inspiring General Manager to lead a highly rated, upscale hospitality property in the heart of Southern California wine country. This full-time leadership role offers the chance to oversee a unique, guest-focused operation with a strong local reputation and a loyal customer base.

Compensation & Benefits:
- $125,000 base salary +

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily operations across all departments (service, facilities, food & beverage, and guest services)
- Foster a high-performance team culture focused on guest satisfaction and consistent service standards
- Oversee financial performance, budgets, cost control, and revenue growth strategies
- Maintain exceptional guest experiences through attention to detail, responsiveness, and team training
- Drive local partnerships, seasonal campaigns, and occupancy strategy in collaboration with sales and marketing
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
- Represent the property with professionalism in all external relationships and community engagements
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership experience as a General Manager or equivalent in a full-service, upscale hospitality setting
- Strong operational and financial acumen with experience managing P&L and budgeting
- Track record of building and leading successful teams
- Deep understanding of guest service excellence, preferably in a luxury or wine country environment
- Ability to build strong local partnerships and collaborate cross-functionally
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Degree in hospitality or related field preferred
