Job Title: General Manager - Luxury Hotel

Location: South Texas

Salary: $220K - $300K++

Position Overview

Our luxury hotel is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to provide visionary leadership and ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences. This pivotal role involves managing all daily operations, driving team performance, safeguarding the brand’s reputation for excellence, and achieving both financial and operational objectives. The successful candidate will embody the art of hospitality, instilling passion and excellence across every aspect of hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspire and lead a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop talent across all departments to enhance team efficiency and morale.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination across all functions, including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services.
• Maintain compliance with all corporate standards, regulatory requirements, and brand guidelines.
• Ensure every guest interaction reflects the property’s dedication to luxury and personalized service.
• Analyze guest feedback to continuously elevate service standards and exceed expectations.
• Develop and manage budgets, driving revenue growth while optimizing costs.
• Take ownership of financial reporting, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
• Implement strategic initiatives to position the property competitively within the luxury-industry.
• Safeguard and enhance the hotel’s reputation for luxury excellence through immaculate presentation, premium offerings, and unforgettable experiences.
• Cultivate key partnerships within the community and beyond, enhancing brand visibility and positioning.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 4-8 years of progressive leadership experience as a GM in a Luxury Hotel
• Strong understanding of the high-end hospitality market, preferably with prior experience within iconic luxury brands.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with a focus on empathy and clear communication.
• Possess a solid understanding of Food & Beverage operations in excess of $15M
• Proven track record of achieving financial results and operational excellence in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong business acumen combined with strategic thinking and a guest-focused approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
