Job Description: As the Assistant Manager at our Callaway, FL restaurant, you will collaborate with the General Manager to excel in daily operations. Your responsibilities include staffing, training new hires, managing costs, and handling administrative tasks. Lead the team with your exceptional skills, ensuring guests depart with a smile after receiving outstanding service. Your role is crucial in maintaining smooth operations and delivering exceptional service!

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • The Assistant Manager will play a vital role in assisting the GM to manage daily operations.
  • The Assistant Manager will help recruit and train new team members.
  • Manage food and labor costs in accordance with company policies is a must for the Assistant Manager.
  • The Assistant Manager will perform administrative duties as directed by the General Manager.
  • The Assistant Manager will lead team members in providing outstanding service to ensure guest satisfaction.
