We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead the launch of our premier luxury skincare studio in Issaquah. As the sole sales professional, you will drive membership acquisition, subscription growth, and overall revenue performance, transforming client interactions into sustained loyalty and profitability. Key Responsibilities
- Drive Membership and Subscription Growth: Implement strategic initiatives to acquire new members and secure subscription commitments, optimizing conversion processes to maximize recurring revenue and client retention.
- Execute Upsell Strategies: Identify opportunities during consultations to recommend and close premium skincare services and packages, enhancing average transaction values and fostering long-term client engagement.
- Manage Daily Sales Operations: Oversee studio scheduling, inventory coordination, and client flow to ensure seamless service delivery that supports sales objectives and maintains an exceptional customer experience.
- Engage Directly with Clients: Conduct personalized consultations on the sales floor, providing expert product recommendations and closing sales that align with clients' skincare needs and our luxury brand standards.
- Collaborate with Corporate Leadership: Partner with headquarters and report to the Sales Director, delivering performance analytics and insights to inform broader sales strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in sales within retail, service, or consumer-facing industries, with preference for experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, or fitness sectors emphasizing membership and subscription models.
- Exceptional ability to cultivate client relationships through superior service and persuasive sales techniques, resulting in high conversion rates and repeat business.
- Strong independent leadership skills to thrive in a dynamic, target-driven setting, with a focus on self-motivation and accountability.
- Energetic and professional demeanor suited to a premium, sales-centric environment.

- Residency in or near Issaquah, WA, to facilitate on-site presence at the studio.
