Title of Position: Restaurant Manager

Job Description: As the Restaurant Manager, you would be responsible for running daily shifts, serving as a leader and role model for the staff, assisting the General Manager with management tasks which include scheduling, food orders, labor cost, inventory, and cash procedures. As the Restaurant Manager you would support the General Manager with setting and achieving store goals and assisting with the hiring of quality staff members and their retention.

Qualifications:

· The Restaurant Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree on honesty and integrity

· Open availability is a requirement for the Restaurant Manager

· The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is a must for the Restaurant Manager

· The Restaurant Manager must be passionate about and thrive on the development and mentoring of others
