We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to oversee 5-6 locations of an exciting new chain of quick-service breakfast restaurants. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop restaurant managers and their teams across all locations.
• Drive operational excellence by ensuring consistent implementation of brand standards, processes, and quality control.
• Monitor performance metrics, including sales, labor, food costs, and customer satisfaction, to achieve financial goals.
• Implement and uphold best practices for workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
• Foster a customer-centric environment, encouraging top-tier service to every guest.
• Collaborate with corporate leadership on strategic goals and new initiatives.
