Job Title: Assistant General Manager – Fast Casual Restaurant

Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 base salary + bonus + benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in all day-to-day restaurant operations
• Lead shifts with a focus on speed of service, food quality, and team execution
• Train, coach, and develop crew members and shift leaders
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, and staffing levels
• Ensure adherence to food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
• Help drive sales and guest satisfaction through strong service and team engagement
• Maintain accountability for cash handling, inventory, and daily operational controls

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in fast casual or quick service
• Proven ability to lead teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and team-building skills
• Hands-on leadership style with a positive, high-energy approach
• Experience with scheduling, labor management, and basic P&L understanding
• Desire to grow into a General Manager role
