Title of Position: General Manager  

Job Description: As the General Manager, you'll oversee assigned unit operations and maintain relationships with Hourly Employees, Corporate and Regional Employees and guests. The role will include recruiting, training and retention of employees. You'll implement ongoing training and administer the restaurant hourly compensation program. Ensure food complies with SOP, including specifications, recipes, plating and garnishes. Serve food to the correct temperature, within standard ticket times.

Qualifications:

·        The General Manager must be extremely guest oriented with the highest degree of honesty and integrity

·        Open availability is a requirement for the General Manager

·        The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is a must for the General Manager

·        The General Manager must be passionate about and thrive on the development and mentoring of others

·        This position requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a General Manager
