Title of Position: Restaurant Assistant Manager

Job Description: Our Company is seeking a Professional Restaurant Manager to assist the General Manager in creating a strong, consistent team environment while maintaining the day-to-day operational standards of the restaurant. The Assistant Manager must be able to evaluate performance and make decisive choices about promotions and terminations. Continual training and mentoring with an upbeat and positive attitude will be an important aspect of this position. The position will also require the right person to be able to communicate with vendors and be able to complete administrative duties including maintaining financials, inventory and staffing reports.

Qualifications:

• Three plus years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume atmosphere is a must for the Restaurant Assistant Manager

• This Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity 
• The Assistant Manager may be required to work nights/weekends/holidays
