Our restaurant serves authentic Middle Eastern cuisine in a fast-paced, casual fine-dining atmosphere. We source many ingredients directly from the Middle East, with all dishes made fresh daily. Our menu is complemented by beer, wine, and a premium selection of non-alcoholic beverages. As a full-service restaurant, we also provide take-out and catering services. We prioritize friendly, knowledgeable, and technically proficient service, supported by training programs for both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) teams.
The ideal candidate will have a guest-first mindset, exceptional leadership, communication, and people skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Familiarity with tech platforms is a plus. Candidates must have 1-3 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service dining setting.

- Basic wine and beer knowledge
- Experience managing financials (P&L, ops statements, GL reports, etc.)
- Proficiency in inventory control (food and product costs)
- Familiarity with Toast (POS), Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), and Google Workspace
- Event management experience is a plus but not required
