Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring top-tier food quality and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in hiring, training, and developing a high-performing team.
• Support financial performance through cost control, budgeting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
• Drive guest engagement and foster a welcoming dining experience.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Over 5 years of experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to obtain any necessary gaming or alcohol service permits (if applicable).
• Hands-on management style with a focus on team development and operational excellence.
