Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative beverage programs, including seasonal and signature cocktails.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability.
• Train, mentor, and lead a team of bar staff to ensure top-tier service.
• Oversee bar operations, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with all liquor laws and safety regulations.
• Foster a positive team culture focused on guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 2 to 5 years of beverage or bar management experience in a high-volume setting.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, industry trends, and cost-control strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to obtain any necessary gaming or alcohol service permits (if applicable).
