We are seeking a seasoned financial executive to join a top-tier casino hotel as their CFO for a luxury resort in Las Vegas. This candidate must be currently in the role of CFO in a casino hotel, serving over 4000 employees. This role is integral to the financial health and strategic growth of the organization, requiring a professional with deep expertise in both gaming operations and union environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and lead all financial operations at the property level, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and gaming industry standards.
  • Develop and execute strategies that align with the organization’s goals, supervising budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Provide leadership and support for accounting teams, fostering a productive and compliant working environment.
  • Proactively manage relationships and negotiations involving union partnerships, ensuring smooth collaboration while managing associated financial obligations.
  • Collaborate with operational departments to maximize profit margins while maintaining high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain rigorous financial controls and reporting mechanisms, championing transparency and accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with both gaming-specific regulations and broader financial legal requirements.

  • Experience as a financial leader within the casino or hotel industry, with familiarity in gaming operations being essential.
