What You’ll Do


  • Lead the overall sales strategy for a portfolio of select-service hotels, focusing on business transient, crew, and government accounts.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans tailored to individual property needs and market dynamics.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with key clients, travel buyers, and national account representatives.
  • Mentor and support on-property sales efforts, fostering a proactive, sales-first culture with hotel teams.
  • Monitor KPIs, market trends, and competitor insights to adjust strategy and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Deliver executive-level reporting and insights to ownership groups on sales activity, forecasts, and revenue performance.
  • Utilize CRM and brand tools to manage pipelines, RFPs, and account activations.
  • Travel as needed for high-impact client meetings and property visits (estimated 10–20%).

What We’re Looking For


  • 3+ years of hotel sales leadership experience, ideally overseeing multiple select-service properties.
  • Proven success in business transient, government, and crew account development.
  • Strong understanding of RFP processes, brand tools, and CRM systems (Delphi/FDC preferred).
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with national and regional accounts.
  • A self-directed leader who thrives in remote environments and collaborates cross-functionally.
  • Experience working directly with ownership groups and executive stakeholders.
