Responsibilities, Experience, and Skills

• Assist in the oversight of daily operations
• Willingness to learn and develop into a GM position
• Assist in leading, training, and developing all store team members
• Excellent communication, people management, and motivational skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Provide exceptional guest service
• Understand the value of teamwork
• Previous Fast Casual work experience (e.g., Chipotle, Panera, Salad Works) is preferred but not required
