Restaurant Manager – Full-Service Concept

Location: San Bernardino, CA (Hospitality Lane – 92408)

Salary: Up to $65K Base + Bonus Potential

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join a fast-paced, full-service restaurant located in the vibrant Hospitality Lane district of San Bernardino. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about hospitality, thrives on building strong teams, and can lead daily operations with energy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations
• Ensure a smooth and consistent guest experience through strong service standards
• Supervise, train, and mentor front-of-house team members
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and opening/closing duties
• Monitor food and beverage quality, cleanliness, and guest feedback
• Help maintain labor and cost controls aligned with budget goals
• Step in during peak periods to support the team and drive floor operations

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Hands-on approach with a focus on guest service and team development
• Experience with scheduling, training, and FOH systems
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• A positive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence
