Job Title: Manager - Full-Service Bar & Grill

We’re on the lookout for dedicated Managers to help create exceptional experiences for our guests. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the bar and grill, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and motivate a team to deliver consistently high-quality food and drinks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, fostering a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and ensure smooth shift transitions.
• Ensure all operations adhere to company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Five-day work week; scheduled 50 hours per week with a maximum of 3 closing shifts.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant or bar.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding guest service.
• Experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial management is a plus.
