Job Opportunity: Sales Manager (Remote)

  • Bonus: Up to $12,000 annually ($3,000 per quarter)

Key Responsibilities:

The Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving outbound sales, identifying key opportunities, and increasing revenue growth. Specific areas of focus include:

  • Developing and managing corporate accounts.
  • Securing government and airline crew contracts.
  • Negotiating and maintaining lease agreements.
  • Building consistent pipelines within the SMERF (Social, Military, Educational, Religious, Fraternal) and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) segments.

This is a fast-paced, results-driven role suited for individuals who thrive in a “hunter” environment rather than a “farmer” mindset.


Key Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Proven track record in outbound sales and lead generation.
  • Ability to make an immediate, measurable impact on sales performance.
  • Industry experience with brands such as Hilton, IHG, or Marriott is highly preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with the SMERF and MICE business segments.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and metrics-oriented mindset.
