Title of Position - Restaurant Manager

Job Description: The Restaurant Manager should fully grasp all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs. Additionally, the Manager will ensure that all guests feel the true meaning of hospitality and are always given responsive, gracious, and considerate service. The Manager will perform administrative activities such as scheduling, budgeting, and communicating with customers, sales reps, and suppliers.

Requirements:

· The Restaurant Manager must have experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant, able to provide outstanding guest and team member experiences

· The Restaurant Manager must have computer literacy, solid business acumen, and experience working with Point-of-Sale systems

· Dedication, loyalty, commitment, and a true passion for customer satisfaction is a requirement for the Restaurant Manager
