We’re bringing Jack in the Box to Michigan — and we’re looking for an exceptional Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to lead the charge at our flagship Battle Creek location, opening in September 2025.

Responsibilities:

• Launch and manage day-to-day operations of a brand-new, high-profile Jack in the Box location.
• Hire, train, and lead a strong team (10–45 employees), fostering a high-performance culture from day one.
• Ensure top-tier guest satisfaction and smooth restaurant operations across all shifts.
• Drive business performance through effective cost control, labor planning, and P&L management.
• Deliver results in sales growth, profitability, food safety, and employee retention.
• Be the face of the brand locally — interacting with customers, community members, and our field operations team.
• Collaborate closely with your company leadership to shape the future of Jack in the Box in Michigan.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of restaurant management experience (QSR or fast casual preferred).
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Ability to analyze and manage P&L and other financials to influence performance.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A bold attitude and entrepreneurial mindset to help build something from the ground up!
