Job Summary
As the QSR Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that every aspect—from staffing to guest satisfaction—is executed flawlessly. You will champion team leadership, performance management, and financial oversight while driving the restaurant to achieve its business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing, engaged team to meet established performance goals.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, health regulations, and safety policies.
- Manage scheduling, training, and development of team members to ensure operational success.
- Maintain high levels of customer service, addressing guest feedback efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor inventory levels to reduce waste and manage cost controls.
- Collaborate with leadership to execute marketing promotions and local outreach initiatives.
- Analyze sales reports and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable solutions.
- Enhance the customer experience by upholding cleanliness, product quality, and hospitality standards.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in QSR management or a similar food and beverage leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in team leadership, coaching, and employee development.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including cost control, food safety, and training programs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a hands-on leadership style.
- Proven ability to manage finances, including labor costs, profit margins, and expense control measures.
