Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager

Location: Twentynine Palms, CA

Compensation: $22.00 – $24.00/hour (Full-time or Part-time)

Expected Hours: 25–40 per week

About the Role:

We are seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager to help lead one of our high-traffic locations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading teams, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations
• Lead, train, and develop team members to meet performance goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe restaurant environment
• Ensure guests receive prompt, friendly, and accurate service
• Monitor inventory and support ordering and cost control efforts
• Assist in scheduling, shift coverage, and employee accountability
• Contribute to local marketing efforts and promotional activities
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company policies

• Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurant leadership
• Strong communication and team-building skills
