We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced Kitchen Manager to lead BOH operations for a high-performing corporate restaurant in Wesley Chapel. This is a great opportunity to join a structured, well-run concept that values people, consistency, and internal growth.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily BOH operations in a fast-paced, full-service kitchen
  • Train and develop kitchen team to maintain high food quality and safety standards
  • Control labor and food costs while optimizing prep, inventory, and execution
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant kitchen environment
  • Work closely with FOH and leadership to drive overall performance


👤 What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of kitchen management experience in a full-service concept
  • Strong grasp of food safety, prep systems, and team coaching
  • Comfortable in high-volume kitchens with corporate systems
  • ServSafe Certified or willing to become certified
  • Steady work history and strong leadership presence
