• Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years in senior living leadership.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Director of Sales and Marketing

• Role: Drive occupancy through sales strategies and community outreach.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 3+ years of sales experience in senior living.
• Proven sales success and networking skills.

Food and Beverage Director

• Role: Oversee dining operations and elevate resident dining experiences.
• Qualifications:
• Degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts.
• 3+ years in food and beverage management.
• Knowledge of senior dietary needs a plus.

Culinary Director/Executive Chef

• Role: Create nutritious, appealing menus and manage kitchen operations.
• Qualifications:
• Culinary degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years culinary experience, 2+ in leadership.
• Senior living experience preferred.

Additional Roles

• Resident Care Director: Lead clinical care and wellness programs.
• Activities Director: Plan engaging resident activities.
• Maintenance Director: Manage facility safety and upkeep.
